How it works

A calculator answers one question once. A ledger keeps the account.

Lawn Ledger keeps a running record of your lawn: what you did, what the weather did, and what that adds up to today.

  1. Log what you do

Watering, mowing, feeding, treatments. Each one is a line in the ledger, with the date and the amount.

  2. The weather does its part

Local weather arrives every day. Rain received and water used are set against each other and carried forward as a running balance.

  3. Read today’s call

One briefing per lawn: water, hold, or no action, with the reason behind it and what is coming up next.

What you get

Free, and paid

The dividing line is deliberate: logging your lawn is free, and so is the watering call. What you pay for is the agronomy read on top of it. Lawn Ledger is ad-free for everyone.

Where things stand. The Android app is built and in daily use by its author. It is not in the Play Store yet, and there is nothing to buy at the moment. The planned launch offer is a 30-day introduction followed by a $25 annual subscription for eligible new subscribers; it is not available to purchase yet. Account sign-in is available: owners can sign in to view and log records for their own lawns, or explore the dashboard using sample data.

Preview and real data. The dashboard shows clearly labelled sample data when signed out. When signed in with a connected account, it displays your own lawns, weather, and maintenance records.
