Weather updates and rainfall differences

Forecast rain, station or regional observations, and your own rain-gauge measurement are different inputs. A regional estimate can differ from what fell on your property.

Check the lawn location, observation date and original weather update time. A failed refresh does not establish that there was no rain. Your recorded gauge observation should describe what you actually measured.

1. Check the selected lawn and its location.
2. Read the weather update or error notice.
3. Compare the relevant date with your gauge observation and logged watering.

A request limit is different from an outage. A reset time cannot be inferred from the error code alone.
