Cancellation and refund requests

Manage a Google Play subscription through Google Play's subscription management page for the account that purchased it. Stopping renewal, the end of access and a refund are different outcomes.

Support can explain the route and review a refund request. An AI draft cannot issue a refund, cancel a payment or grant access. No completed financial action should be claimed without verification.

1. Open Google Play and its Payments and subscriptions section.
2. Choose Subscriptions and the relevant Lawn Ledger purchase.
3. For a disputed or unclear result, request human support.

A cancellation request does not by itself establish that money was refunded.
