Backups, exports and reviewed restore

Use the backup and export controls in Settings to preserve your records. An export file, an account backup and a CSV log export serve different purposes.

Restoring data is a reviewed operation. Check the account, file and proposed changes before accepting. A restore should not be used to guess whether an uncertain individual save worked.

1. Keep the original phone data and make an export where available.
2. Use Settings to open the backup or restore review.
3. Check the review before accepting any replacement or imported records.

Do not restore an unknown file or clear current records to troubleshoot a missing cloud result. Ask support when the review is unclear.
